Grinding processing

We use a strict inspection system in the bearing grinding process, which effectively improves the accuracy and dimensional consistency of bearing parts, improves the surface roughness and flatness of bearing parts, thereby improving friction characteristics and service life, and ensuring that the assembled bearings run smoothly, with low noise and low vibration.

Detection system

We have a complete testing system, from metallographic testing of raw materials to dimensional control of grinding, each process has a demanding testing plan. Q: What precautionary measures I should adopt before installation of bearings?
A: Firstly, doesn't need to remove the preservative coating of the bearings. Bearings should be installed in a dry, dust-free room away from metal working or other machines producing swarf and dust.
