Heat Treatment:

In the entire bearing manufacturing process, turning operations are influenced by the quality of the preceding forging process and provide reliable assurance for the machining quality and efficiency of subsequent operations. Inaccurate dimensions, irregular shapes, and deep oxidation layers in the raw forging can lead to low material utilization rates and reduced turning efficiency, ultimately increasing production costs.
We have made significant improvements and enhancements to our existing turning processes, ensuring not only the original processing efficiency but also significantly reducing costs.

Grinding processing

We use a strict inspection system in the bearing grinding process, which effectively improves the accuracy and dimensional consistency of bearing parts, improves the surface roughness and flatness of bearing parts, thereby improving friction characteristics and service life, and ensuring that the assembled bearings run smoothly, with low noise and low vibration.

Detection system

We have a complete testing system, from metallographic testing of raw materials to dimensional control of grinding, each process has a demanding testing plan. Q: What precautionary measures I should adopt before installation of bearings?
A: Firstly, doesn't need to remove the preservative coating of the bearings. It is necessary to wipe off the outside cylindrical surface and bore, if the grease is not compatible with the preservative then wash and carefully dry the bearing. Bearings should be installed in a dry, dust-free room away from metal working or other machines producing swarf and dust.
